Not at his best, Leipheimer finishes 13th in Tour

PARIS — With a final 2½-hour ride to the Champs Elysees, Levi Leipheimer completed the Tour de France for the sixth time Sunday. He was a member of the winning team, but it wasnt the podium perch the Santa Rosa rider sought. Leipheimer, third in 2007, and riding for the past two seasons with seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong, had hoped for another top finish. Or, barring his personal success, he wanted to help Armstrong gain his eighth title, a first Team RadioShack.
